Regular Cleaning
Regular cleaning, often referred to as standard or maintenance cleaning, is designed to help maintain a certain level of cleanliness around the house or office. Unlike deep cleaning, which is more thorough and less frequent, regular cleaning is usually done on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis.
Here’s what it typically includes:
Dusting: Light dusting of furniture, surfaces, and other items like picture frames, door frames, and baseboards.
Vacuuming: Vacuuming carpets and rugs, and sometimes floors, to remove dust and small debris.
Sweeping and Mopping: Sweeping hard floors to collect debris and mopping them to remove dirt and stains.
Bathroom Cleaning: Cleaning the sinks, mirrors, toilets, and countertops. Showers and bathtubs are also cleaned to remove soap scum and mildew.
Kitchen Cleaning: Wiping down countertops, cabinet faces, appliance surfaces, and the sink. Cleaning the stovetop and exterior of the microwave, as well as taking out the trash, are also included.
Tidying Up: General tidying of the rooms, which can include making beds, organizing any disarray, and removing obvious clutter.
Emptying Trash: Emptying all trash cans in the house and replacing the bags.
Regular cleaning is aimed at keeping a living or working space neat and tidy on a day-to-day basis. It helps in reducing the need for frequent deep cleaning by maintaining a good level of cleanliness around the house or office.
